The obturator kick

You are operating. Obturator kick and bladder perforation has just happened. Work through it as you would in the viva.
- Order the save, first move first.
- Name the escalation trigger and the danger relationship.
- Answer three examiner follow-ups aloud, then mark yourself.
- Give the model answer aloud, then compare it with the published one.
